WHO WE ARE

The Great Separation of 2020 (social distancing), brought on by the outbreak of COVID-19, has forced people around the world into isolation. During this difficult period of history, marked by such emotional, mental and physical stress, a group of dedicated fitness professionals in New York City have come together to find a new way to be of support to our clients, many of whom are now sheltering and working from home. 

 

Our solution here at TMP, is to provide a comprehensive, donation-based virtual fitness platform, accessible to anyone with a phone or computer. Offering 25+ unique thirty-minute weekly classes, we combine various specialties - strength training, boxing, dance, yoga, pilates and meditation, to bring you a seamlessly integrated online fitness experience.

 

Our goal is to bring us all together, and to keep us all moving, in a time where we need it most.

During these unprecedented times, filled with so much uncertainty for so many people, we at TMP are driven to help those struggling during this global pandemic as much as possible, and give back to the communities and organizations that continue to support those in need. 

 Since March, we have provided over 6,450 meals

to those suffering from the economic downturn by donating to the 

Food Bank for NYC
