WHO WE ARE
The Great Separation of 2020 (social distancing), brought on by the outbreak of COVID-19, has forced people around the world into isolation. During this difficult period of history, marked by such emotional, mental and physical stress, a group of dedicated fitness professionals in New York City have come together to find a new way to be of support to our clients, many of whom are now sheltering and working from home.
Our solution here at TMP, is to provide a comprehensive, donation-based virtual fitness platform, accessible to anyone with a phone or computer. Offering 25+ unique thirty-minute weekly classes, we combine various specialties - strength training, boxing, dance, yoga, pilates and meditation, to bring you a seamlessly integrated online fitness experience.
Our goal is to bring us all together, and to keep us all moving, in a time where we need it most.
